Erin is a thought leader and frequent speaker on gender equity where she inspires audiences to take action and create change in their communities and organizations.

Erin began working on Wall Street when pay was secret and pregnancy was hidden. She received her MBA in Finance from North Western University. She was the Strategic Advisor to Evil Geniuses, a leading esports organization, a Vice President at JP Morgan, and an independent director on public and private company boards. Erin serves on the advisory board of Money 2020 Rise Up and is a member of Midwest Women's Executive Forum and Global Gaming Women.
